Role Overview

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Remodeling Design-Build Sales Consultant to join our elite team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, understanding their unique vision, and guiding them through the remodeling process from concept to completion. Your ability to sell luxury experiences within the real estate market along with strong design sensibilities and a consultative approach, will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients' needs, preferences, and project scope.
  • Develop and present customized design-build solutions aligning with clients' lifestyles and budgets.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and close high-value deals with confidence.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of luxury design trends, materials, and finishes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding the brand's reputation for quality and integrity.

The Perfect Fit Has

  • 5+ years closing $1M$5M luxury realestate or designbuild transactionsyou've guided affluent buyers through waterfront penthouses, HillCountry estates, or trophy ranch compounds and know how to sell aspiration, not square footage.
  • A proven record selling luxury remodels, designbuild projects, or highend real estate portfolios (average ticket$250K+ remodels and $1M+ property deals).
  • Elite consultativesales chopsyou listen first, advise wisely, negotiate strategically, and navigate complex financing or 1031exchange scenarios with ease.
  • A deep rolodex of realestate brokers, luxury stagers, and wealthmanagement advisors that feeds your referral pipeline.
  • Fluency in architectural drawings, construction lingo, and premium materials.
  • A designer's eye for proportion, texture, and flow.
  • Selfmotivation, CRM savvy, and the hustle to juggle multiple marquee projects.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in luxury remodeling, design-build sales, or high-end real estate.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to connect with affluent clientele.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of architectural plans, construction processes, and premium materials.
  • Passion for design and an eye for aesthetic details.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic project management tools is a plus.
