Do you thrive on managing high-end residential remodeling projects that demand quality, precision, and excellent customer service?&nbsp;If so, CROSS is looking for you.&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;As a Project Manager at CROSS, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering each project with precision, excellence, and unmatched craftsmanship and oversight. This position combines sharp administrative skills, hands-on site leadership, and polished client communication to ensure every detail exceeds expectations.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own the Schedule:&nbsp;Create, manage, and update daily, weekly, and monthly timelines to keep projects on track and within budget.</li><li>Client Experience First:&nbsp;Ensure consistent and timely communication throughout&nbsp;and after the project.</li><li>Quality Control:&nbsp;Coordinate and supervise job sites, Trade Partners, and in-house staff to ensure work exceeds expectations and meets CROSS standards.</li><li>Collaborate Across Teams:&nbsp;Facilitate seamless communication between clients, designers, architects, and Trade Partners, and document communication&nbsp;using our online project management system.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting:&nbsp;Maintain meticulous records, approve invoices, and ensure all project decisions and warranties are properly tracked and executed.</li><li>Post-Project Stewardship:&nbsp;Stay connected after completion as the warranty specialist, ensuring continued satisfaction and fast resolutions.</li></ul> What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Proven experience managing luxury residential remodeling projects (6+ years preferred)</li><li>Proficiency with online project management systems</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication and client service skills</li><li>Deep knowledge of construction processes, inspections, permits, and code compliance</li><li>Strong organizational skills and a passion for getting it right the first time</li><li>Leadership with integrity, accountability, and calm under pressure</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>A bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, project management or a related field is preferred</li><li>Proven experience as a Remodeling Project Manager in the high-end residential construction industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations</li><li>Excellent leadership and negotiation skills</li><li>Proficient in project management software and the Microsoft Office suite</li><li>PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, architects, and trade partners</li><li>Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to maintain project documentation and schedules</li><li>Ability to ensure work quality and conformance with contractual agreements</li><li>Excellent computer skills with construction software experience</li><li>6+ years of residential construction PM experience</li></ul> Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Full Time</li><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience</li><li>Medical</li><li>PTO</li><li>Dental/Vision</li><li>401k with company match</li></ul>&nbsp;CROSS CAREERS<ul><li>Can-Do Attitude&nbsp;- do hard work well, reliably, and with integrity.
