General Position Summary:

Responsibilities: As a Project Manager at CROSS, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering each project with precision, excellence, and unmatched craftsmanship and oversight. This position combines sharp administrative skills, hands-on site leadership, and polished client communication to ensure every detail exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Schedule: Create, manage, and update daily, weekly, and monthly timelines to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Client Experience First: Ensure consistent and timely communication throughout and after the project.
- Quality Control: Coordinate and supervise job sites, Trade Partners, and in-house staff to ensure work exceeds expectations and meets CROSS standards.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Facilitate seamless communication between clients, designers, architects, and Trade Partners, and document communication using our online project management system.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records, approve invoices, and ensure all project decisions and warranties are properly tracked and executed.
- Post-Project Stewardship: Stay connected after completion as the warranty specialist, ensuring continued satisfaction and fast resolutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing luxury residential remodeling projects (6+ years preferred)
- Proficiency with online project management systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and client service skills
- Deep knowledge of construction processes, inspections, permits, and code compliance
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for getting it right the first time
- Leadership with integrity, accountability, and calm under pressure
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, project management or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Remodeling Project Manager in the high-end residential construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
- Proficient in project management software and the Microsoft Office suite
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, architects, and trade partners
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to maintain project documentation and schedules
- Ability to ensure work quality and conformance with contractual agreements
- Excellent computer skills with construction software experience
- 6+ years of residential construction PM experience
